Generate Ethical Dilemmas
Share Post :
It is often a great idea to allow your participants to generate ethical dilemmas. One, it saves you a lot of work. Two, it allows them to be creative and provides you the opportunity to see this creativity.
- Arrange employees in groups of four to six, ensuring no friend clusters are formed.
- Each group will brainstorm common or tricky ethical dilemmas that can arise in the workplace.
- Groups will select one dilemma to explore in depth.
- Using a piece of poster paper, each group will write down:
- The ethical dilemma they chose
- The best decisions or solutions related to it
- Each group will share their chosen dilemma and solution with the entire group during a presentation session.
